COORG PORK
Recipe:
- Cut 1 kg Pork into small pieces and marinate with 1 teaspoon turmeric and 2 teaspoons salt for 30 minutes.
- Fry the Pork pieces without oil on medium flame till the fat separates (remove the fat).
- Mix the meat with prepared paste of onion, green chillies, garlic, ginger and cook.
- When half cooked add 2 tablespoons Boston’s Coorg Pork Masala Powder, kachampuli or tamarind, salt to taste and cook with medium flame till tender.
