CHICKEN SUKKA
Recipe:
- Fry 4 chopped onions in ghee till brown. Add garlic paste and garnish with bay leaves.
- Add 4 tablespoon (50 gms) Boston’s Chicken Sukka Masala Powder and fry it.
- Add chopped tomato (4) and pieces of ginger.
- Fry well.
- Add chicken pieces and grated coconut.
- Chicken Sukka is ready (if required add salt and chilli powder).
