CHICKEN CURRY

Recipe:

  • Fry 4 chopped onions in ghee till brown.
  • Add 4-5 green chillies, 2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste and fry well.
  • Add 4-5 tabelspoons of Boston’s Chicken Masala Powder and fry.
  • Add 2-3 tomatoes and fry till cooked. Add Chicken pieces (1-1½ kg), 3 tablespoons curds, salt and cook till chicken is tender.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and sprinkle lime juice.
