STEW
Recipe:
- Boil 1 Kg Mutton with salt; take 1 medium size onion, tomato, and keep them aside.
- Make the paste of 4 Onions, 6-8 Garlic flakes, 4 Green Chillies, ½ inch size Ginger, Coconut (optional), small amount of tamarind, Mint leaves and Coriander leaves.
- Fry 1 big Onion in ghee.
- When it is brown add grounded paste and fry for 15 minutes, add 2 tablespoon of Boston’s Stew Powder.
- Mix meat and boiled Potatoes. Serve hot with rice or chapathies.
