Boston Tea

Recipe:

  • Boil 1 Kg Mutton with salt; take 1 medium size onion, tomato, and keep them aside.
  • Make the paste of 4 Onions, 6-8 Garlic flakes, 4 Green Chillies, ½ inch size Ginger, Coconut (optional), small amount of tamarind, Mint leaves and Coriander leaves.
  • Fry 1 big Onion in ghee.
  • When it is brown add grounded paste and fry for 15 minutes, add 2 tablespoon of Boston's Stew Powder.
  • Mix meat and boiled Potatoes. Serve hot with rice or chapathies.
  • The above recipe can be used for Chicken Curry, Egg Curry and Vegetable Curry.
