CHICKEN SUKKA

Boston Tea

Recipe:

  • Fry 4 chopped onions in ghee till brown. Add garlic paste and garnish with bay leaves.
  • Add 4 tablespoon (50 gms) Boston’s Chicken Sukka Masala Powder and fry it.
  • Add chopped tomato (4) and pieces of ginger.
  • Fry well.
  • Add chicken pieces and grated coconut.
  • Chicken Sukka is ready (if required add salt and chilli powder).
